• Support multiple languages without translating original content

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Plan

Basic features with limited feeds and standard digest generation.

Pro Plan

Monthly subscription. Features and pricing displayed on the upgrade page.

Billing

• Processed by Stripe
• Auto-renews unless cancelled
• Refunds per Stripe's refund policy

Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of billing period. No partial refunds.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Brief Digest aggregates and summarizes content from third-party RSS feeds. All original article content remains the intellectual property of its respective publishers. Summaries are AI-generated and constitute fair use commentary.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: distribute spam, reverse-engineer our AI models, scrape content, use automated tools beyond normal usage, impersonate others, or interfere with the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated summaries may occasionally contain inaccuracies — always refer to original sources for critical information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brief Digest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
