All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Brief Digest never sees or stores your card details.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, free-tier limits apply (25 feeds, 1 refresh / 12 h, 20 AI briefings/day, 3-day history). Your feeds, bookmarks, and history are never deleted — they just stop being shown beyond the free-tier window.
Do you offer refunds?
Brief Digest Pro is billed monthly with no annual commitment, so the typical case is to simply cancel before the next renewal. If you were charged in error or have a specific issue, contact support and we will review case by case.
